In an unbelievable act of disrespect, a tourist breached the barrier at Horse Guards and grabbed the head of the King’s Guard’s horse. The startled animal reared back, creating a dangerous situation. The guard maintained expert control while police immediately intervened, arresting the individual for endangering themselves and others in a shocking breach of protocol and safety.
