A tourist reached out toward the King’s Guard horse, fingers inches from the reins, when the guard’s thunderous shout echoed across the courtyard. Startled, the visitor stumbled back, narrowly avoiding a dangerous mistake. Onlookers gasped at the near miss, realizing just how quickly things could have gone terribly wrong.
