At Horse Guards, the calm was suddenly shattered when a King’s Guard thundered “MAKE WAY!” not once but twice, his booming voice echoing through the courtyard. The startled command nearly gave a nearby tourist a heart attack, sending her stumbling back in shock. The crowd gasped, then quickly cleared a path in silence.
